Return Policy

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA) must be obtained by logging into your account and is required for ALL returns. The "log In" is located on the left hand side of our page below the blue bar. Merchandise must be returned within 12 days of the issuance of the RMA number at which time the RMA number expires. RMA numbers are non-renewable.

We reserve the right to return any merchandise without a valid RMA number to the customer or to prorate the credit.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact. All components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables & accessories must be included. Ebuyx.com inspects all returns and reserves the right to return merchandise that does not meet the criteria.
 

Refunds cannot be given for any software purchased that has been opened (i.e. seal or outer packaging removed) or activated, as activated software is tied to the user and computer used to activate it.

If you do not return the goods as required your cancellation will not be effective.

ebuyx is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage to the customer's systems or data as a result of misuse by the buyer.

The return policies are as follows:

• A RMA number must accompany all returns. Otherwise, It will be rejected. Please write the RMA number on the shipping box (NOT the original box of the products).

• Each item must have a RMA number associated with it. If you are returning more than one item, Please obtain RMA number for each product.

• All returns must be received within 12 days of the delivery date. A return after the 12th day is not accepted.

• ebuyx.com is not responsible for shipping cost of the returned products.

• Products that were ordered by mistake must be returned within 12 days of the invoice after a RMA number is obtained. All products must be in the original box, unopened, unmarked, not damaged or misused. There is a 30% restocking fee associated with orders placed by mistake.

• ebuyx.com has the right to accept a return or process a refund if the terms and conditions listed is not met.

• The products that have been opened cannot be returned.
